Best Organic Home

So I made this cake for a friend of mine (Bianca) who had open heart surgery last week. I got a chance to visit her and I brought her this cake! The cake is red velvet that is cut into the shape of a heart. I coated it in organic home made butter cream. It is covered in redish pink fondant and a fondant bandaid on the top.
