2I have the book and I’ve used the diet and I found it significantly effective. The good thing about the diet in your book is the results (of your diet) are MESURABLE , VISUALLY OBVIOUS, AND IMMEDIATE. I’ve lost 30lbs in the past 40 days! 4Of course and you if ever need any advice if ever reach a plateau or something by all means send me a message. One thing you should start is walking, even 30min a day kind of thing. As you get lower in weight, exercising will be essential in the weight loss equation and the same goes for keeping the weight off.
